I believe that at the core of all artistic practices is a quest for freedom. But what is the most radical and honest pursuit of freedom a human can undertake? Beyond external stress, anxieties, desires, and addiction, there lies a deeper layer of internal monologues—our repetitive thought patterns that we often identify with.

This film explores the most profound form of freedom: liberation from oneself. It reveals how connecting with the pure presence of your inner observer through monotone artistic practice can ignite the quiet revolution — the liberation of your true self. It may not last long, but it offers a glimpse of life in its genuine colors.
